Halloween Hide-and-Seek

You are a cat living in a spooky town that is sometimes haunted by ghosts. While playing hide-and-seek with your cat friends, who have all hidden themselves inside boxes, the ghosts appear! Can you find your friends and return home without getting caught?  

Known web version bugs: 

• Cats in boxes are not animated correctly. (Box moves, cat doesn't.)

Planned additions:

• Goal indicator once all cats are collected (Tip for current players: Head back to the starting house!)

This game was made in two weeks, originally for a class project. Its primary purpose was to serve as a music composition, sound design, and audio implementation showcase. I additionally implemented all assets and gameplay mechanics rather than stick with the base template, because why not! The result is this little game.

P.S. If you are wondering why the movement is "like that", it is because I needed to keep it similar to the original version/template for evaluation purposes. Yes, it's kind of annoying.
